Driving Change, One Dream at a Time

30 July 2025 by Guest

The Reach For A Dream 2025 Dream Raffle was officially launched today at Lazarus Motor Company, home of Jetour Centurion, with a brand-new Jetour as the grand prize. The event was attended by key stakeholders, staff, partners, and members of the media.

Reach For A Dream is an inspiring South African non-profit which brings hope and joy to children with life-threatening illnesses by granting personalised dreams. These dreams, which range from meeting personal heroes to getting new toys or experiencing new things for the first time, provide these children with a temporary escape and a much-needed distraction from often painful medical treatments.

Reach For A Dream relies solely on donor funding and public support to ensure the success of their initiatives. Their national projects like Laughter Heroes, Dream Rooms and Dream Club provide ongoing support, enhancing the lives of these brave young fighters and their families.

“As a brand, Jetour believes in the power of exploration and new experiences, and our values align with those of Reach For A Dream,” says Jetour Vice President, Nic Campbell. “Being able to play a small part in Reach For A Dream’s mission is an honour. We want to thank Reach for a Dream for the amazing work that they do and for partnering with us to help make more dreams come true”.

Between now and December, 10 000 tickets will be sold at R 200 per ticket, with one lucky winner driving away in a brand new Jetour X70 Plus Momentum.

The Jetour X70 Plus is a bold, feature-rich SUV designed for both family getaways and everyday driving. It combines striking design elements, including a commanding grille, sleek LED lighting, and a quad-exhaust setup, with a refined interior that features ambient lighting, red stitching, and modern tech. The X70 Plus is available in both the Momentum and Deluxe models. The car offers advanced features such as a 360° parking assist system, wireless smartphone charging, panoramic sunroof, and enhanced safety systems including ABS, blind-spot detection, and more.

Also up for grabs for the second placed winner will be holiday giveaway courtesy of Authentic Retreats worth R 40 000.

If you would like to make a difference, you can by your ticket to the raffle by going to https://reachforadream.org.za/. Your support will help bring dreams to life.

A green match – The development towards a sustainable future is of high priority in South Africa, and many of the challenges facing South Africa are solvable with Danish technology that ensures sustainability. An example is the South African water sector, which Denmark has supported since the fall of Apartheid in 1994. Today, Danish water companies thrive in the South African market, as Denmark is global leader in water use and efficiency, and deliver solutions that save water and energy.
