Open to anyone aged 16 to 100, this soulful event is hosted at award-winning The Venue Fontana in Ilfracombe on the KZN South Coast, on Saturday, 8 November 2025, from 9am to 12pm.
“The Soul Sync Wellness Event is not only about coming home to yourself, but a powerful investment in your health and personal growth,” says event host Shez Rossouw, from The Guided by Grace Foundation, supporting community emotional wellness and empowerment initiatives. “It’s a space where we slow down enough to feel what’s true, to breathe again, and to remember that safety and connection live within us.”
This wellness experience will be set against The Venue Fontana’s serene eucalyptus forest. It will bring together four transformative modalities — breathwork, somatic experiencing, yoga, embodied journeying, and sound healing — designed to guide guests home to their bodies and hearts through movement, sound, and stillness.

- Welcome, breathwork and somatic experiencing with Shez Rossouw: A gentle yet powerful journey back into your body, heart, and truth.
- Soulful Yoga Flow with Jaime Prentice: A grounding movement and mindful awareness that restores balance and flow.
- Embodied Journey with Derryn Scott: A sensual, immersive experience inviting you to reconnect with your senses and inner wisdom.
- Sound Bath Healing with Samantha Ingle: A restorative journey through frequency and vibration that soothes the nervous system and expands inner spaciousness.
