South Africa is at another crossroad, and it is the responsibility of the politicians who the voters have entrusted with the responsibility of improving the lives of all South Africans to do what is morally right.
We, the church leaders of Nelson Mandela Bay, urge the political parties to focus on the needs of the people rather than their own quest for power.

We remind the politicians that they were voted into power on the promise of tackling the related evils of poverty, inequality and unemployment.

Now is the time to deliver on those promises.

The church holds all politicians individually and corporately as political parties responsible for prioritising the needs of South Africans instead of their personal and party agendas.

I suspect in most companies, the public relations person is down at No. 20 in the pecking order. But here, he is fighting incredibly important battles. If a negative story starts running away with itself in the press and is not dealt with fast, it can badly damage the brand, and so we put enormous weight on our PR people. – Richard Branson
