Centurion, 17 March 2025 – Centurion Lifestyle Centre is thrilled to invite families and their four-legged companions to lace up their running shoes for a paw-some cause! Race for a Good Paws, taking place on Saturday, 29 March 2025, promises a fun-filled morning where fitness meets philanthropy, all in support of Woodrock Animal Rescue.

The event welcomes runners, walkers, fur-parents, and their furbabies to take part in a community-driven race that highlights the importance of animal welfare. With all proceeds going to Woodrock Animal Rescue, every step taken helps provide care and shelter for animals in need.

The race will take place at Centurion Lifestyle Centre, with registration opening at 06:00am and the race starting at 07:00am. Participants can enter for R50 per person, while kids under 10 can join for free with a tail-wagging donation of nonperishable pet food for Woodrock Animal Rescue. The race will begin opposite Family Pet Centre at the shopping centre, providing a welcoming space for all runners and walkers to gather and set off on their journey.

In collaboration with Run Walk for Life, Family Pet Centre, and Woodrock Animal Rescue, the Race for a Good Paws is designed to be a fur-tastic family affair. Whether you’re dashing through the course with your pup or taking a leisurely stroll with loved ones, this race is all about community, compassion, and fun.

All finishers will be awarded a medal to commemorate their contribution to a worthy cause.

Tickets will be available through Quicket.

Join us as we put our paws on the move for a day filled with joy, fitness, and goodwill. Make it a fur-fect day out with the family at Centurion Lifestyle Centre.

“Consumers have identified competency as the element that plays the biggest role in a good customer experience. To be competent, a customer support professional must have a strong knowledge of the company and its products, as well as the power to fix the customer’s problems. The more knowledge they have, the more competent they become.” ~ Oscar Auliq-Ice, Happy Customers
