Excitement is building as Round 2 of the SuperEnduroX Series, in partnership with Tsogo Sun, gears up for a spectacular showdown at The Golden Horse Hotel this Saturday 22 March 2025. Following the success of the opening event at Monte Casino, where the thrills and spills captivated an excited audience, the anticipation is high for the next chapter of this first-of-its-kind motorsport series in South Africa.

Tickets are now on sale, priced at R200 for adults and R120 for children under 14 years of age. Join the action by purchasing your tickets online at https://beatsperminute.co.za/product/super-enduro-x-round-2-golden-horse-casino-pietermaritzburg-spectator/

Motul, a key lubricant partner of the series, has shared their enthusiasm with Mercia Jansen, GM for Motul in Southern and Eastern Africa remarking, “The first event faced significant weather challenges, yet the production quality was excellent and delivered on all the hype and excitement promised. The skill and determination of the 100 riders competing really showcased the true spirit of the sport, while the enthusiasm and support from the crowd was wonderful to witness and be part of. We eagerly await Round 2!”

Organisers BPM Events, led by Brett Stevens, Francois du Toit and Ockie Fourie, promise another action-packed experience, now for spectators in Pietermaritzburg and surrounds. They are constructing a challenging stadium-style track utilising 40 tons of rocks, dirt, tyres, concrete, logs, and other materials, setting the stage for top riders and emerging talents to thrash it out on the stadium style course. The current standings for the different classes, after the first round, include:

In the Pro/Open Class:
1. Wade Young
2. James Moore
3. Heinrich Aust

The Ladies Class:
1. Charisse Piazza Musso
2. Ilze Schoeman
3. Madison Goudie

The Juniors:
1. Alonzo Foster
2. John Luke van der Westhuizen
3. Wilco du Plooy

These talented competitors will be defending their standings while many others aim to improve their results and capture a spot on the podium. The SuperEnduroX Series promises thrilling family entertainment, filled with exciting racing, delicious food options, and an overall festive atmosphere.

This event would not be possible without the support of valued sponsors and partners including Tsogo Sun, Yamaha, Raceworx, KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas, Grass Factory, Oxygen Tyres, JBFE and Motul.

Don’t miss the chance to be part of this unforgettable motorsport experience!
