JOHANNESBURG: Cricket South Africa (CSA) is thrilled to announce FlySafair as its Official Domestic Airline Partner for three years.

As the official carrier of the Proteas Men and Proteas Women, as well as sports fans nationwide, FlySafair is dedicated to providing an exceptional travel experience for cricket enthusiasts throughout the country.

FlySafair prides itself on being an on-time airline, which has resulted in the airline being named the best and most on-time low-cost carrier in the world.

Commenting on the partnership, CSA Chief Executive Officer, Pholetsi Moseki said;

“Us partnering with FlySafair is not just a collaboration, it is an ascent to new horizons for CSA.

“This partnership brings a shared vision of unity, which is what makes FlySafair the perfect fit.

“It is not just about the journey, but the legacy of connecting cricket-loving people and possibilities over time, underscoring the crucial role the airline will play as we continue with our strategic undertakings towards 2027,” Moseki concluded.

Kirby Gordon, Chief Marketing Officer of FlySafair, says;

“We believe in the transformative power of cricket and are deeply moved by Cricket South Africa’s commitment to restoring the game to its former glory.

“The recent successes are a testament to the direction in which the sport is heading. By partnering with CSA, FlySafair is not just aligning itself with cricket, but also expressing our confidence and support for the remarkable journey ahead.

We are excited to stand alongside CSA and invite everyone to "come fly with us" as we elevate the cricketing experience in South Africa.”

He also penned books such as Cricket for South Africa and advocated for pro-apartheid politics, becoming a National Party candidate.
