In March 2024, Pullman Cape Town introduced a range of world-class, innovative dining experiences across ifs four in-house restaurants and bars. Spearheaded by Pullman’s new Director of Food and Beverage, Raynor Damons, and newly appointed Executive Chef Jerome Peters, this initiative reflects a bold approach to delivering exceptional flavours and unique culinary delights.
