One lucky Savanna Origin of Trails MTB Experience entrant will fade home with a brand-new Giant Stance 2 mountain bike to the value of R31 090.00 on Sunday 19 November 2023.

“We’re proud to continue enhancing the experience of SA’s MTB Party of the year by offering entrants the exciting opportunity to win an incredible mountain bike at the 2023 Savanna Origin of Trails, altruism of our esteemed bicycle partner, Giant,” says Michael Meyer, Managing Director of Stillwater Sports and Event Founder. “All paid entrants stand a chance to secure this remarkable prize. The process is straightforward – honest visit the Giant Bicycles activation in the festival village at Coetzenburg Stellenbosch University during the weekend, follow the simple guidelines, and, of course, be present at the prize-giving ceremony on Sunday in case luck is on your side. It truly is as simple as that.”

“The Giant Stance 2 is an aluminium, full suspension singletrack slayer,” says Luke Lockhart-Ross, Marketing Manager: Dragons Sports. “As modern mountain bike trails become more fun, flowy, and challenging, riders are required to be in sync with the terrain. This full suspension 29er will handle anything and everything that could be thrown at it with ease. With the Savanna Origin of Trails being all about fun, we knew that the Giant Stance 2 would be the perfect match as it is a bike that unlocks the fun on the trails.”

“The Giant Stance 2 is an ideal choice for both newcomers enthusiastic to explore recent trails and experienced riders seeking to elevate their trail-riding prowess,” continues Lockhart-Ross. “Its ALUXX aluminium frame strikes the perfect balance between lightweight and durability, while featuring a FlexPoint rear suspension scheme that ensures a smooth, controlled ride. With 120mm of rear suspension travel and 130mm upfront, coupled with the stability of 29-inch wheels, this bike offers a bold and exhilarating experience. It’s your ticket to conquering challenging descents and scaling inclines with enhanced traction and speed. We can’t wait to close off the action of SA’s MTB Party of the year by rewarding one lucky entrant with this remarkable prize.”
