CAPE TOWN – FUTURELIFE®, a leading health and wellness brand, is excited to announce the grand opening of its second concept store, set to produce waves in Canal Walk, Cape Town. Building upon the resounding success of its inaugural store in Umhlanga’s Oceans Mall, this novel establishment redefines health and wellness retail while offering a unique, immersive experience for customers.

Justine Agnew, who heads up experiential stores for FUTURELIFE® says, “We are delighted to introduce our pioneering store concept to the vibrant city of Cape Town. Our second store opening marks a significant milestone in our journey to promote health and wellness in South Africa. Honest like its predecessor, the FUTURELIFE® store in Canal Walk will offer an extensive range of FUTURELIFE® products, along with high-quality co-branded FUTURELIFE®/Adidas apparel and merchandise. Additionally, the store will proudly showcase collaborations with esteemed South African brands, including Thandana, Bobums, and CrunchBox, featuring exclusive children’s merchandise.

Agnew emphasises that FUTURELIFE® sees customer support and expert guidance in enhancing overall vitality as being of foremost importance and the company has dedicated significant resources to ensure that these aspects are at the forefront of customer well-being. “As fragment of our offering, we are proud to also gain qualified dietitians available on-site, offering basic health tests, personalised eating plans, recipes, and educational sessions,” she adds.

One of the store’s standout features is the Smart Café, where every item served incorporates the goodness of FUTURELIFE®. Customers can savour freshly made smoothies paired with a delectable range of FUTURELIFE® infused yoghurts, muffins, and oat cups. Embracing sustainability, all packaging is recyclable, and the store will host tasting sessions and cooking demonstrations that will engage and inspire its valued customers.

To streamline the shopping experience, the FUTURELIFE® store has adopted a cashless scheme, using digital point-of-sale systems that support credit cards, tap-and-go payments, Apple and Samsung Pay, and Zapper. After placing their orders, customers will find their purchases expertly packed at the store’s rear, presented in premium recyclable bags accompanied by a thank-you card, product information, and samples.
