The heart of the “Cook The Difference” campaign is the MAGGI Mzansi Test Kitchen, a pioneering initiative inviting home cooks to showcase their creative kitchen skills. Launching in July and running through October 2024, the Test Kitchen will make its way through neighbourhoods in Gauteng Eastgate 12 Sep-15 Sept, Durban Gateway 26 Sept- 29 Sept, and Cape Town Tygervalley 10 Oct- 13 Oct. Here, consumers will have the opportunity to create and share their noodle recipes on site, exploring unique culinary traditions. Participants can share their unique noodle recipes for a chance to win one of ten sets of SETA-accredited courses valued at R10,000 each, along with the opportunity for a grand prize and a lucrative brand partnership with MAGGI worth over R275,000. Alternatively participants can post a video creating their own MAGGI dish and tag @maggisouthafrica or they can also enter by sending their unique MAGGI recipe to the WhatsApp line: 073 086 5201 and follow the prompts. For those unable to attend in person, the opportunity to participate continues online by posting a video of their MAAGI creation and tagging @maggisouthafrica or by submitting their unique recipe through the WhatsApp line (+27730865201). This Multi-platform approach ensures that every home cook can join the movement, regardless of their location.
